Use a flexible tape measure around the head and position it at the desired level where the Felt hat or Straw hat will sit, preferably in the middle of the forehead but approximately 1/4 inch or 1/2 centimeter above the ear, the pressure of the tape measure will determine the measurement. If the dimension is one measure between another, we recommend opting for the next largest measure.
