My new boots feel a little snug. Should I stretch them?
We avoid stretching out the boots right away, as they may end up too loose for your foot shape.
We recommend you try out your new boots for a couple of hours for around 3 to 4 days. This will help stretch the leather to the shape of your foot. If they still feel tight, you may bring them in for stretching.

How long does the Boot stretch process take?

Shaft and Width each take 24 hours to complete to ensure the boot fully stretches out. Please account for 48 hours to complete both shaft and width stretching. You will receive a call as soon as the boots are ready.

We usually keep the boots overnight to provide the best service. Depending on the condition of the boots, we may need to work on them for a couple of days longer.

What kind of boots can you clean?
We mainly work on full-grain leather boots. If you have a different material, you can bring them in for us to take a look. We’ll let you know if we’re able to work on them!
We recommend a specialist for exotic skins.
