Returns and Exchanges Policy
In-Store
An original sales receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.
Items must have all original tags and labels attached. If you purchase a gift, keep the barcode label, however, you may cover the price with Sharpie.
The refund/exchange amount will be based on the original price and form of payment noted on the receipt.
All sale items are final and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Any items altered after purchase will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. This includes stretched boots, shaped hats, belt holes, burnishing, or paint.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Eligibility:
Refunds are only eligible within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges are only eligible within 60 days of purchase.

The product must not show any evidence of wear. Items with scratches, scuffs, peeling, rips, or any sign of damage after purchase will not be accepted.
If you plan on trying on your boots after purchasing them, wear them only on carpet areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any hard flooring as it may scuff the boots' soles.
Customers may receive store credit if:
the store lacks funds at the time of the return and the customer’s refund is over $200.
the customer cannot be refunded on their original form of payment.
Otherwise, the customer will be asked to return later in the week. The customer will have 7 days past the period of return to come back for their refund.
Manufacturing Defects:
A return for manufacturing defects MUST be approved by the manufacturer. OK CORRAL will provide a claim receipt. This process may take 3-4 weeks if the claim is accepted.

Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. Other items include intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If there is a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us and we will help you start a claim. The manufacturer must approve the return. OK CORRAL will provide a claim receipt. This process may take 3-4 weeks if the claim is accepted.

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping an item valued at over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email as confirmation and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be immediately processed. The funds may take 7-10 days to appear in your account.
Missing refund
If you were notified that the refund has been processed, but you are missing the funds, please check your bank account for any processing notifications or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Instructions to complete an exchange (if applicable)
