Shipping policies

Shipments are made only on business days (Monday - Friday), do not include holidays within the United States.

The time of arrival at your destination depends on the location to which the package was sent, it can take from 3 to 9 business days and depends entirely on the parcel used to manage our shipments (UPS).

Your order can be shipped from multiple locations. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number for each shipment.

We will notify you by email within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a delay in your order that will affect the shipping guidelines specified above.

All orders are processed after authorization and verification of your credit card.
